环泊酚与丙泊酚在烟雾病脑血管重建术中的应用效果比较
Comparison of efficacy of ciprofol and propofol in moyamoya disease re-vascularization surgery

Abstract
Aim:To compare the efficacy of ciprofol and propofol in patients undergoing revascularization surgery for moyamoya disease.Methods:A total of 110 patients with moyamoya disease scheduled for elective revascularization surgery from February to December 2024 were enrolled and randomly divided into the ciprofol group and the propofol group,with 55 patients in each group.Heart rate(HR)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)were compared at various time points(before an-esthesia,during craniotomy,at the beginning of vascular anastomosis,after vascular anastomosis,and at the end of surgery).Additionally,blood glucose and lactate levels in arterial blood gas analysis,extubation time and post-anesthesia care unit(PACU)stay as well as the incidence of adverse reactions during anesthesia induction(bradycardia,hypotension,injection pain,and respiratory depression)were compared between the 2 groups.Results:HR between the 2 groups had no signifi-cant difference(P>0.05).The change of MAP in the ciprofol group was smaller than that in the propofol group(P<0.001).The differences of blood glucose and lactate levels at the end of surgery and before anesthesia in the ciprofol group were lower than those in the propofol group(P<0.001).The ciprofol group had shorter extubation time and PACU stay time compared with the propofol group(P<0.001).The incidence of injection pain was also lower in the ciprofol group than that in the propofol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ciprofol provides more stable hemodynamics,reduces the incidence of injec-tion pain,and shortens recovery time in patients undergoing revascularization surgery for moyamoya disease.关键词
