摘要
Abstract
With the continuous promotion of institutional reform in China,administrative approval service bureaus with centralized approval powers have been established in various regions.The administrative license for the review of construction project plans within the scope of river management implemented by the original Water Resources Bureau has been transferred to the approval bureau.The construction project plans related to rivers have a significant impact on flood control safety,and the review is highly professional.In the nearly 6 years of work practice since the establishment of the Dezhou Administrative Approval Service Bureau,this business has been continuously deepened and reformed,achieving certain results but also encountering some practical problems.In this article,the experiences,practices and problems in the review of river related construction project plans were summarized,and the relevant suggestions and opinions were put provide,for the reference of personnel engaged in approval.关键词
