Abstract
In recent years,the Haihe River Basin has undertaken significant initiatives in water resource management,ecological conservation and restoration,and pollution prevention and control,effectively mitigating the severe pressures on its water environment.Nevertheless,rapid economic development and intensifying conflicts between resource utilization and environmental constraints have revealed that current water ecological protection efforts in the basin remain insufficient to meet emerging demands and challenges.Furthermore,the existing legal framework has demonstrated limitations in providing holistic and robust support for water ecological preservation.Grounded in an analysis of the current status and critical issues of water ecological protection in the Haihe River Basin,the establishment and enhancement of a basin-scale legal system for ecological preservation were systematically examined in this study.By proposing targeted legislative recommendations,the research aims to facilitate the refinement of the basin′s legal infrastructure,thereby advancing sustainable water resource governance and ecological resilience in the region.关键词
