Calculation of Aperture Fill Time and Delay Line Configuration Method for Phased Array Antenna
摘要
Abstract
The aperture fill time of a phased array active antenna affects its beam pointing accuracy,maximum instantaneous bandwidth,and sidelobe level.This article analyzes the reasons for the phenomenon of aperture deviation based on a linear array model,and derives the calculation formulas for beam deviation,maximum instantaneous bandwidth,and maximum delay under a certain antenna size and scanning angle.A configuration method for multi-level delay lines is proposed based on the idea of subar-ray,and simulation results are provided.Finally,based on engineering practice,a design method for delay units is proposed,which has high accuracy and phase consistency.The research content of this article can support the design and engineering implementation of large-scale active phased array.关键词
