Application of GNSS-IR technology in the establishment principle and practical exploration of temporary tide gauge

Abstract
To explore the feasibility of establishing a temporary tide gauge site using GNSS-IR technology,a plan for establishing a temporary tide gauge site is proposed based on the principles of spectral analysis and inverse modeling methods to invert water level changes.A campaign for water level monitoring is conducted in Sanya,Hainan.The performance of inversion accuracy and quasi-tidal harmonic analysis is evaluated.The results showed that,compared with the situ water level from the portable pressure tidal gauge,the root mean square error(RMSE)of the inverted water level is 5.11 cm,and the difference of extracted tidal amplitude is within 1 cm and the phase lags is within 1 degree.The water level changes monitored by the GNSS-IR temporary tide gauge and portable pressure tidal gauge have a good consistency.关键词
