A multi-beam bathymetric noise filtering method combining GA and wavelet analysis

Abstract
A wavelet soft-threshold filtering method based on genetic algorithm(GA)optimized threshold is proposed to address the issues of outliers and terrain distortion in multi-beam bathymetric data.This method achieves automatic threshold optimization through the simulation of natural selection and genetic principles of GA,thereby enhancing the filtering effect.Experimental results of measured data processing demonstrate that this method can more effectively remove observation noise while preserving terrain features,improving the data quality of terrain measurement.This method provides a new approach for multi-beam bathymetric data processing and contributes to enhancing the analytical capabilities of seabed terrain data.关键词
