Abstract
The 21st century is the century of the ocean.Our country not only has a huge space for the development of the vast ocean rich in goods and materials,but also faces the threat of maritime demarcation,the ownership of islands and reefs,the exploi-tation of resources,and the infringement and challenge of marine transportation.As the main force of maritime rights protection,the marine police force plays an important role in safeguarding maritime rights and interests.Based on the AHP model and the task that the coast guard may undertake,this paper studies the task evaluation of the coast guard's rights protection from the aspects of con-structing evaluation index system,constructing judgment matrix and calculating weight,which is of great significance to enhance the ability of the coast guard's rights.关键词
