The Mechanism and Path of Social Entrepreneurship in Promoting the Development of Tertiary Distribution
摘要
Abstract
Tertiary distribution is an important institutional arrangement for realizing the common prosperity of all people.Its connotation and characteristics predetermine the participation of multiple subjects and the support of rich carriers in practice.The connotation,characteristics and roles of social entrepreneurship are highly consistent with tertiary distribution,indicating that social entrepreneurship has the potential to become one of the subjects in tertiary distribution.The mechanism by which social entrepreneurship promotes tertiary distribution stipulates the full coordination of subjects,mechanism,objects and environment,including such measures as cultivating social entrepreneurs,expanding the volume and scope of tertiary distribution,optimizing tertiary distribution through model upgrading,boosting social and economic development by aiding the disadvantaged,and creating a benign environment for doing social good to achieve common prosperity.We must prepare in system,operational mechanism,culture and education for fostering social entrepreneurship to promote the development of tertiary distribution.关键词
