摘要

Abstract

This paper adopts buck-boost topology and presents an integrated single-inductor three output DC-DC converter.The freewheeling inductor current and comparator are used to control the duty ratio of inductor charging and all outputs.The dynam-ic conduction time control method proposed in this paper can suppress the abrupt change of duty ratio at the output terminal when the load changes,so as to reduce the cross regulation.To keep high efficiency during a large output range,a driver circuit is pro-posed.As an example,the buck-boost converter is designed in a SMIC 0.18 μm BCD process.The simulation results show that the proposed scheme has cross regulation suppression effect.
