Research on Hypernetwork Model of Patent Application by Industry-University-Research-Medical Collaboration in Biomedical Industry

Abstract
[Research purpose]As an innovation-driven industry,industry-university-research collaboration is one of the effective ways to promote innovation in the biomedical sector.This study aims to explore the characteristics and evolutionary patterns of industry-university-research-medical collaboration in Beijing's biomedical industry,providing scientific basis for optimizing collaborative innovation.[Research method]Using weighted hypergraph,this research analyzes the topological features and structural properties of collaborative patent applications of industry-university-research-medical collaboration in Beijing's biomedical industry from 2005 to 2022,examining their static evolutionary characteristics.[Research conclusion]Empirical analysis results show that the patent application network of industry-university-research-medical collaboration in Beijing's biomedical industry exhibits power law distribution characteristics,with a pronounced"rich-get-richer"phenomenon among nodes.The"academic-research group"and the"hospital group"play increasingly prominent roles,while the"industry group"has not yet fully leveraged its driving function,and connectivity between various entities remains poor.To further stimulate and enhance the innovation capacity and collaborative efficiency of Beijing's biomedical industry,this study proposes three recommendations:strengthening support for core nodes,increasing participation of the"hospital group,"and stimulating the creative vitality of the"industry group."关键词
