Research on the Construction of a Community of Shared Future in Cyberspace Based on Network Sovereignty
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]Cyberspace governance is closely related to a country's sovereignty,security and development interests,and its significance is becoming increasingly prominent.Strengthening the governance of cyberspace is an important part of China's efforts to build a cyber power and a key link in enhancing China's international discourse power in cyberspace.Therefore,this paper explores the construction of a community of shared future in cyberspace based on cyber sovereignty,aiming to provide theoretical guidance and practical references for China's security and development in cyberspace,contributing Chinese wisdom and solutions to global cyberspace governance.[Research method]With literature analysis and comparative analysis,on the basis of fully mining texts and in-depth analysis of the basic attitudes of major countries towards"cyber sovereignty"and"a community of shared future in cyberspace",it analyzes and summarizes the relationship between building a community of shared future in cyberspace and opposing internet hegemony,cyber sovereignty and a community of shared future in cyberspace.And it further explains the relationship to be dealt with and the pathways to be chosen in building a community of shared future in cyberspace under the premise of safeguarding national sovereignty.[Research conclusion]The construction of a community of shared future in cyberspace is an effective way to solve the problem of internet hegemony.At the same time,there is a dialectical and unified relationship between its construction and the guarantee of network sovereignty.On the one hand,the guarantee of network sovereignty is the premise and foundation of the construction of a community of shared future in cyberspace;on the other hand,its construction is the goal and sublimation of safeguarding network sovereignty.To build a community of shared future in cyberspace on the premise of safeguarding network sovereignty,it is necessary to properly handle the dialectical relations between form and content,uniqueness and struggle,independence and unity.And under the overall direction of expanding consensus,safeguarding network sovereignty,security and development interests,and promoting joint construction,co-governance and sharing,efforts should be made in infrastructure,digital economy,cyber culture,partnership,conflict resolution,security order,fair governance,and so on.关键词
