摘要
Abstract
A method that can identify defects and hidden dangers of high-voltage cables in real-time during operation is studied.By identifying potential defects and hidden dangers in advance, actively and quickly eliminating them, avoiding fault extension, and ensuring the reliable operation of the power system in steel enterprises. The formation mechanism and signal characteristics of partial discharge in high-voltage cables are researched, and the commonly used monitoring methods for cable partial discharge are analyzed and compared. The pulse current method(HFCT)is choosed to obtain cable partial discharge signals, the broadband measurement, signal preprocessing, amplification circuit, digital frequency division processing, and high-frequency sampling modules are used to improve the sensitivity, accuracy, and adaptive self adjustment ability of the measurement.Based on this,a wireless real-time monitoring system is designed and established for partial discharge based on high-frequency pulse current sensors, the partial discharge map is collected and displayed during the operation of high-voltage cables in real time.At the same time, the system is applied on site, and the abnormal partial discharge amplitude of the intermediate joint of a 110 kV high-voltage cable in a certain steel enterprise is discovered. The hidden danger of the high-voltage cable grounding wire sheath breaking, exposed wire core, and overlapping with the metal part of the cross interconnection box is successfully identified, avoiding production safety accidents caused by abnormal circulation and local overheating in the circuit line, and ensuring the production and operation safety of the steel enterprise.关键词
