包缠纱湿度传感器的制备及其性能研究
Preparation and performance study of wrapped yarn humidity sensor

Abstract
To overcome the limitations of flexible sensors and meet the flexibility requirements of intelligent wearable devices,a double-strand wrapped yarn humidity sensor was prepared using Cleancool filament as the wrapping yarn and nylon silver-plated yarn as the core yarn.The humidity response performance of the double-strand wrapped yarn humidity sensor was tested under different twist levels,revealing an optimal twist of 1 500 twists/m.The sensor exhibited a high sensitivity up to 20 104.6 pF/%RH within a relative humidity range of 6%to 97%.At a test frequency of 20 Hz,the capacitance value of the sensor changed across six orders of magnitude within the 6%to 97%relative humidity range.The sensor demonstrated excellent repeatability and responsiveness,with minimal hysteresis,enabling it to perfectly adapt to any curvature.Embedding the double-strand wrapped yarn humidity sensor into fabric or weaving the single-strand wrapped yarn humidity sensor into an arrayed structural fabric allows for precise monitoring of relative humidity changes at various points.It is believed that the developed single/double-strand wrapped yarn humidity sensors can be perfectly integrated with fabric,enabling relative humidity detection and opening up new avenues for the widespread application of flexible humidity sensors in the field of wearable electronic products.关键词
