纺织基柔性加热器研究进展OA

Aimed at the application requirements of textile-based flexible heater,the heating materials,preparation methods and application fields of textile-based flexible heater were summarized.The heating materials such as chemical energy heating,electric energy heating,solar energy heating,phase change thermoregulation and hygroscopic heating were introduced.The preparation methods such as spinning method,weaving method,coating method,self-assembly method and phase change microcapsule method were analyzed.The application progress of textile-based flexible heaters in thermal insulation and thermotherapy,medical hygiene,seawater desalination and other fields were summarized.Finally,the development trend of textile-based flexible heater was prospected.It is considered that the types of heating materials are diverse,the preparation methods are diverse,and the application fields are wide,the exploration of high-efficiency heating,energy saving and environmental protection,multi-functional integration and smart wearable textile-based flexible heaters is still the future development direction.
