基于PLC的密集型海水稻大棚育秧种植系统
Planting System of Intensive Seawater Rice Greenhouse Seedling Based on PLC

Abstract
In response to the issues of low land utilization efficiency and waste of human and financial resources in traditional sea rice seedling cultivation methods,a compact sea rice seedling cultivation system for greenhouse cultivation is designed and developed.The system centers on the Mitsubishi PLC and integrates components such as stacking racks,stepper motors,motor drivers,distance monitors,rotary incremental encoders,light-dependent resistors,environmental sensors,A/D acquisition modules,LED matrix light panels,and integrated irrigation and spraying devices.In the system,the PLC receives signals from the distance sensors through the A/D acquisition module,converts them into pulse signals,and outputs them to the motor driver to drive the rotation of the stepper motor.Meanwhile,the rotary incremental encoder receives the rotation signal from the stepper motor,converts it into a pulse signal,and feeds it back to the PLC to achieve closed-loop control,thereby achieving more precise positioning.In the system's lighting assistance devices and intelligent cultivation devices,light-dependent resistors and environmental sensors are used as signal receivers,respectively.Both of them input signals into the PLC through the A/D acquisition module,and the PLC controls the LED matrix light panels and the integrated irrigation and spraying devices accordingly.Through simulation,experimentation,and analytical calculations,the feasibility of the design is verified.This system significantly improves space utilization,reduces resource waste,and effectively improves the quality of seedlings.关键词
