Abstract
To improve the filtration characteristic of nonwoven material and utilize the property of graphene and its derivates,impregnation method was adopted to improve the existing polyester nonwoven filter materials and equipment,and its structure and filtration performance were all tested and analyzed.The results showed that the filtration efficiency of graphene oxide(GO)filter material and reduced graphene oxide(rGO)filter material were significantly improved compared to original fiber polyester nonwoven filter material,and rGO filter material had the highest filtration efficiency.The filtration efficiency was reached its maximum at a filtration velocity of 0.8 m/s.GO filter material and rGO filter material mainly increased the capture effect of PM2.5.In addition,the QF values of rGO filter material were the highest,with QF values of 0.005 9 Pa-1,0.003 9 Pa-1 and 0.002 6 Pa-1 for PM10,PM2.5 and PM1,respectively.It is considered that the relationship between filtration efficiency and resistance should be comprehensively matched in practical application.The preparation method should be optimized,the sedimentary phenomenon of modified substances between fibers should be reduced and the filtration performance of new air filtration materials should be improved.关键词
