基于OPC UA的筒纱自动落筒及包装生产线数据采集系统研究

Abstract
To solve the problems of inconsistent application interface forms,difficulty in information integration,and low data visualization level in textile automated production equipment data acquisition systems,a data acquisition system for bobbin yarn automatic doffing and packaging production line based on OPC UA framework was proposed.The key components and functions of the production equipment in the production line were analyzed.The information models of key equipment in the bobbin yarn automatic doffing and packaging production were established based on the OPC UA information modeling standard.Based on the current status of the production line,realization methods of the information integration and data acquisition for the key equipment were proposed.OPC UA Sever was established by using open62541,and the server was bound to the data source using the variable data source method.Finally,a uniform interface for data acquisition from key equipment was designed,and the function of the uniform interface for data acquisition was tested.The results showed that the proposed data acquisition method could realize the data integration and interconnection of heterogeneous production equipment,and had the feasibility of solving the information island problem in textile automated production lines.关键词
