摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problems such as manual manual completion of the silk holes and screw locks of the screw lock technology,limited artificial accuracy,poor consistency,and poor consistency during processing during processing during processing.The automation scheme of the pores and screw locks.Combined with the production needs of enterprises,based on the steps and processes required by the uniform cloth circular workpiece of silk holes and the screw locking process,the structure is divided into five major modules of the material,division,positioning,silk hole clearing,and screw locking.Using human-machine interface(HMI)and PLC as the upper and lower machine design control systems,the control program automation process is achieved in the WPL Soft software writing control program,and control the shredded lock system.The production and operation data show that the equipment can accurately and efficiently realize the wire hole transparency and screw lock operation of the stop ring,and the efficiency of one person operating a piece of equipment can be equivalent to 2.9 workers,bringing 1.9 workers to save costs,which proves that the mechanical system designed has a perfect structure,and the content of the control program is correct and reliable,which has important practical significance for improving the technical level of the enterprise itself.
