Design and Application of Production Planning Management System for Composite Material Manufacturing Based on Multi System Integration

Abstract
Composite material manufacturing is characterized by a typical multi-variety,small-batch production model.In actual production processes,frequent occurrences such as urgent order insertions and priority adjustments with random timing are common.These factors lead to excessively high production plan change rates,complex execution tracking,and plans serving more as guidance rather than control over production.To address these issues,the entire workflow of batch production management is taken as study object in an aerospace composite manufacturing organization.Targeting typical manufacturing processes,an information management system is developed and implemented.Integrated with MES,LIMS,MDC,and other systems,the system covers task creation,plan issuance,plan feedback,operation monitoring,and product delivery processes.It achieves automatic task distribution and intelligent data collection/analysis,providing managers with a unified platform for delivery management control and production information collection.After implementation,the organization achieves information-based plan management and control for all annual batch products,realizes real-time multi-dimensional analysis and visualization of plan data,and significantly improves overall delivery schedules.An aerospace composite production plan management model,a comprehensive solution,and supporting software products are established by the study,demonstrating strong promotional significance within the aerospace industry.关键词
