摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of high labor intensity and low detection accuracy in manual detection of aluminum foil sealability of daily chemical bottle.Based on an air leakage model,a test device for detecting aluminum foil sealability of daily chemical bottle is designed.The mechanical structure of aluminum foil sealability test device for daily chemical bottle is designed particularly,including the design of feed mechanism,etc.PLC is chosen as the main controller of the test device,the touch screen is the human-computer interaction interface.The PLC control process and system operation interface were designed.In order to verify the actual effect,the prototype is produced,and application effect shows that:in a certain range of feed rate and quantity,the test device for detecting aluminum foil sealability of daily chemical bottle can increase the manual work efficiency by more than 30%,and the detection accuracy is more than 97%,and the detection accuracy is improved under the condition of reducing the manual work intensity.The device has stable performance,simple operation,high production efficiency and high detection accuracy,which can bring a good economic and social benefits for the enterprise,so the equipment has a certain promotion value.
