基于OPC UA的数据融合应用研究

Abstract
Manufacturing enterprises need to continuously improve their production operations to meet diverse market demands in nowadays.Intelligent production has become a trend,and automation is the foundation of digitization.Intelligence cannot do without digitization,and data is the foundation of intelligent applications.Most of the basic data in factories comes from on-site equipment.Therefore,the integration and application between equipment and systems is particularly important.The diversity of on-site equipment leads to diverse data formats,different data quality requirements,and diverse collection cycles,which brings difficulties to integration.OPC UA(Open Platform Communications Unified Architecture)is an open communication protocol used for data exchange and integration in industrial automation systems.Data fusion technology is introduced based on OPC UA.Based on the OPC UA specification,field devices are modeled using information modeling tools.The device and device parameter information are mapped to the OPC UA address space to form a data model.An OPC UA server is established to carry device data information.By subscribing to and accessing server information through the OPC UA client,bidirectional data channels from the bottom and upper application systems are opened,achieving the goal of data fusion applications.关键词
