失业保险对居民社会公平感的影响
Impact of unemployment insurance on residents'sense of social fairness
摘要
Abstract
In response to the issue of the impact of unemployment insurance on residents'sense of social fairness,an empirical research method was adopted to examine the effect of unemployment insurance on residents'sense of social fairness,using the 2021 Institute of Sociology,Chines Academy of Social Sciences Chinese Social Survey(CSS)data as the research samples.Research shows that unemployment insurance has a significant promoting effect on residents'sense of social fairness.The impact of unemployment insurance on residents'sense of social fairness,is more significant in samples with lower levels of education,social trust,and social capital.Unemployment insurance enhances residents'sense of social fairness,by improving their subjective social status and job satisfaction.The research conclusion provides reference for further promoting the social fairness of the unemployment insurance system.关键词
