关怀伦理视域下能源正义的四重维度
Four Dimensions of Energy Justice from the Perspective of Care Ethics
摘要
Abstract
Current Western studies on energy justice are mostly based on an individualistic perspective,which tends to lead to the collective action dilemma of energy justice.To overcome this dilemma,the basic connotation of energy justice can be reshaped from the perspective of collective justice in care ethics,which is specifically reflected in four dimensions.Ontologically,reciprocal energy justice is characterized by dependency,win-win outcomes,and dynamism.Epistemologically,empathetic energy justice encompasses the motivation justice of actors' energy care,the distributive justice of global energy,and the moral duty justice of global energy.Methodologically,responsible energy justice requires a reflection on the fundamental defect of the traditional human-energy dichotomy,attending to the basic energy needs of the people,especially vulnerable groups,and coordinating the collective responsibility that countries should bear in global energy well-being.Axiologically,sustainable intergenerational energy justice emphasizes constructing a sound care relationship for intergenerational energy justice in an imaginative manner and promoting its sustainable development through inheritance.关键词
