Green Connotation and Implementation Pathways of New Quality Productive Forces
摘要
Abstract
General Secretary Xi Jinping's important statement that"green development is the base color of high-quality development,and new quality productive forces are inherently green productive forces"reveals the green connotation of new quality productive forces.Marxism holds that the three essential elements of productive forces—laborers,means of labor,and objects of labor—all originate from and interact with nature.The"joint control"over the material exchange between humans and nature is both a result of the continuous development of productive forces and a prerequisite for human society's progression toward the"realm of freedom".As a form of green productive forces,new quality production inherently entails green requirements for laborers,means of labor,and objects of labor.This includes higher demands on laborers'ecological knowledge,literacy,and responsibility,the intelligent and digital upgrading of means of labor,and the transformation of objects of labor toward synthesis and non-materialization.We should actively cultivate a new generation of laborers with high ecological literacy,develop and utilize green and intelligent means of labor,and strategically plan for low-carbon and efficient objects of labor.Meanwhile,a systematic and integrated approach should be adopted to advance the optimization and synergy of these three elements.This will safeguard the sustainable development of new quality productive forces and solidify the green pathway for their growth.关键词
