Abstract
In order to solve the problem of long-term dependence on imports of Chinese nuclear power emergency diesel engine control system,a redundant control system of smart digital control-nuclear(SDC-N)was developed.The control system was designed with dual redundancy for both hardware and software,and it was equipped with functions such as starting control,speed regulation control,sequential turbocharging control,fault diagnosis and redundant switching control.Tests such as speed regulation and redundancy switching were conducted on emergency diesel engines of nuclear power plants,and extreme failover switching tests were carried out on a hardware-in-the-loop test platform.The test results show that the speed fluctuation rate during speed regulation was less than±1%,and the speed fluctuation during redundancy switching was less than 7%of the rated speed.The stability time of redundancy switching was less than 2 s.The test results meet the requirements of various functions and indicators,and can improve the fault tolerance and reliability.关键词
