数字时代师范生综合育人能力培养的价值、问题与路径
The Value,Problem and Path of Comprehensive Education Ability Training of Normal University Students in Digital Age

Abstract
In the digital era,the cultivation of normal college students'comprehensive education ability has three values:one is to effectively meet the digital practice needs of primary and secondary schools,the other is to indirectly improve the digital education ability of normal colleges,and the third is to directly support the diversified employment choices of normal college students.However,from the perspective of educational practice,normal colleges and normal students themselves,this training still faces three difficulties.Firstly,the dynamic connection mechanism of school-local education practice is not smooth;secondly,the internal systematic education ability of normal colleges is not sufficient;and finally,the orientation of normal college students'comprehensive literacy of multiple professions is not accurate.In order to solve the common difficulties faced by local normal colleges and universities,Mudanjiang Normal College has built a virtual simulation and training platform for teacher education,enabling normal students to cultivate their comprehensive education ability in the digital era:the virtual simulation and training platform is used to build a connection path between school and local education practice;deepening the reform of normal education to improve the comprehensive education ability system of normal colleges and universities;building digital curriculum resources to enrich the university education and teaching resources reserve;the compre-hensive ability training guides normal university students to clarify their career orientation and adapt to employment needs,which provides valuable experience for other normal colleges to solve similar problems.关键词
