Investigation and Effect Evaluation of the Mechanism of the Minimum Grain Purchase Price Policy Affecting Agricultural Green Production
摘要
Abstract
This study explores the impact of the minimum grain purchase price policy on agricultural green production.The paper analyzes the operation mechanism of policies,including price guarantee,income incentive and market signal distortion,pointing out that while it promotes agricultural development,it also leads to the rigid production mode,over-exploitation of resources and the decline in the adoption rate of green technology.The assessment shows that the policy promotes the growth of food production in the short term,but it is bad for the agricultural ecological environment and sustainable development.Therefore,the strategy of constructing green production-oriented subsidy mechanism,promoting green technology,establishing market-oriented purchase mechanism of high-quality grain and strengthening agricultural market information service is proposed,so as to ensure food security,farmers'income,promote green production,and realize sustainable agricultural development.关键词
