儿童体育公共服务体系建设:基于儿童友好理念的现状剖析与优化策略
Construction of a Public Service System for Children's Sports:Analysis of the Current Situation Based on Child-Friendly Concepts and Optimization Strategies

Abstract
This study focuses on children's sports public services,employing methodologies such as literature review,case analysis,and expert consultation.From the theoretical perspective of child development,it examines the existing issues and their causes in the current provision of chil-dren's sports public services in China and proposes optimization pathways.The study reveals that the current provision of children's sports public serv-ices overlooks the stage-based,type-based,and era-based differences among children,leading to a fixation on specific groups,a far-reaching focus on certain facilities,and an outdated adherence to obsolete standards.The domestic standards are significantly limited and fail to comprehensively ad-dress the diverse needs of the children.Against the backdrop of the goal to build 100 child-friendly cities,the study suggests that the construction of a sports public service system should adhere to principles of rights-based approach,child priority,inter-departmental collaboration,and inclusive sharing.By actively exploring sports public service standards,it aims to enhance sports public services and complement the construction of child-friendly cities.The research aims to offer valuable insights and strategic guidance for the development of children's sports public services in China.关键词
