基于DSC的航空丁腈橡胶鉴别方法研究

Abstract
In this paper,aeronautical NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)is taken as the research object,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)analysis of NBR was carried out before and after solvent extraction.The characteristic values of the DSC curve of each grade of aviation NBR were statistically analyzed,and the relationship curve between the glass transition temperature(Tg)of aviation NBR and the content of acrylonitrile(AN%)was established.The results show that the higher the acrylonitrile content of NBR,the higher the glass transition temperature,but it is greatly affected by additives in NBR.After solvent extraction the relationship between Tg and AN%is Tg=1.45AN%-70.88,R2=0.99.The type of raw rubber can be determined according to the glass transition temperature,and then the aviation NBR can be further identified.关键词
