烟用纸张溶剂残留检测影响因素分析

Abstract
In order to study the factors affecting the detection of solvent residue in tobacco paper,the method in the tobacco industry standard YC/T207-2014"Determination of solvent residuals on papers for cigarette Headspace-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry"was used to analyze the effects of five factors:difference in parallel samples,retention time,sample preparation location,sample number,and instrument quantitative method on the content of 26 volatile organic compounds in solvent residue in tobacco paper.The results show that:① By comparing the content of solvent residual substances in five replicates,it is known that the differences in the replicates are small,and the relative average deviation of the content does not exceed 10%.② The longer the retention time,the more serious the solvent residue and volatilization,and the most obvious change is on the 5th and 10th days.Among them,the maximum loss of toluene and n-propyl acetate can exceed 40%.③ The printed patterns of the cut paper at different sample preparation positions are different,and the unevenness of the ink will cause the relative average deviation of the content of samples at different positions to exceed 10%.④ The regression coefficient of the standard curve above 0.995 has little impact on the quantification of substances.The curve must be linear and forced to pass through the origin,especially for substances with low content,which will have a great impact on the data and even cause misjudgment.⑤ The difference in the number of samples will not significantly affect the content of solvent residue.When two sheets of paper are cut,the concentration of solvent residue is the highest.关键词
