摘要

Abstract

By analyzing the research significance and research route of the rheological properties of polymer/supercritical CO2 homogeneous phase,this paper elaborates on the important role of the rheological properties of homogeneous phase in the foaming effect during the microcellular foaming stage.The influence and mechanism of the rheological properties of the melt are summarized from the aspects of pressure,temperature,CO2 dissolution amount,external force field,etc.Furthermore,the key influencing factors of the rheological properties during the homogeneous phase are clarified,which will help to obtain better microcellular foaming effect through adjusting process parameters and schemes in the future,and valuable research directions for the next stage are also discussed.
