摘要

Abstract

Hip preservation treatment of osteonecrosis of femoral head(ONFH)is still a challenging prob-lem in orthopedics.In recent years,with the development of hip preservation technology and new materials,many combined hip preservation procedures based on core decompression(CD)have emerged.This article dis-cusses the mechanism of core decompression for ONFH,CD and CD combination therapy(biological therapy:bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,platelet-rich plasma,bone morphogenetic protein.Mechanical support:tantalum rod,avascular or vascularized bone graft)in the treatment of ONFH are reviewed.At present,hip preservation treatment is mainly used for ONFH with the femoral head not yet collapsed or in the early stage of collapse,and the long-term survival rate of the femoral head is still a challenge.It is a future research direc-tion that improving the long-term survival rate of the femoral head before and in the early stages of ONFH collapse,while providing a feasible hip preservation plan for ONFH in the middle and late stages of collapse,.
