Abstract
In order to solve the problem that the short top beveled edge and side long beveled edge of trademark paper in the FOCKE FX2 hard box packaging machine(middle branch)are prone to secondary folding when they are folded in the pre-folding guide rail,resulting in white quality exposure at the beveled angle of the cigarette pack,a new type of trademark paper fixed forming folding mechanism is designed.The mechanism cancels the original pre-folding function and consists of four parts:a first folding component,a second folding component,a third folding component and an edge guide strip.The first folding component is responsible for receiving the cigarette packet glued by the gluing device and guiding and righting the cigarette packet to ensure that the angled edges on both sides of the cigarette packet do not deviate;the second folding component and the first folding component are installed end to end and keep the inner edges flush,providing more accurate horizontal guidance for the cigarette packet;when the bottom lifter lifts the cigarette pack vertically upward,the third folding assembly can simultaneously fold the short top beveled edge and the side long beveled edge of the trademark paper downward and attach them to the cigarette pack along the crease,and complete the final forming of the cigarette pack through one-time folding;the inner and outer guide strips are arranged on the channel bottom plate,and the spacing is equivalent to the thickness of the cigarette pack,providing blocking,limiting and guiding effects for the cigarette pack.Testing was conducted on two FX2 ultra-high-speed packaging units(middle branch)used by Qujing Cigarette Factory.The results showed that the newly designed three-stage fixed forming folding mechanism can effectively prevent cigarette packs from occurring twice during the transfer and handover process.The fit degree of the four beveled edges of the cigarette packs is close to 100%,which improves the folding quality of trademark paper after gluing,reduces the consumption of raw and auxiliary materials,and provides strong support for promoting the factory's quality improvement,consumption reduction and lean production.关键词
