摘要

Abstract

Piperazine is an important pharmaceutical intermediate commonly used in drug synthesis.In this study,a nitrogen-doped carbon-coated CoNi alloy was prepared by pyrolysis of CoNi-MOF-74 as a catalyst for the synthesis of piperazine.TEM images showed that the CoNi alloy was coated with a layered nitrogen-doped carbon shell,which isolated it from the external environment and increased the structural stability of the nanoparticles.Nitrogen adsorption and desorption curves showed that CoNi@NC was a mesoporous material with large specific surface area,which provided more active sites for the catalytic reaction and improved the reaction mass transfer rate.Evaluation of the catalytic performance showed that CoNi@NC exhibited excellent catalytic performance at 160℃with 95%conversion of glycerol and 60.1%selectivity of piperazine.This study provides a sustainable way for the high-value utilization of glycerol,a byproduct of biodiesel.
