成渝地区农业实施区块链的现实困境与应对策略
Realistic Dilemmas and Countermeasures of Implementing Agricultural Blockchain in Chengdu-Chongqing Region
摘要
Abstract
As a national base for grain,oil,and pigs,the Chengdu-Chongqing region serves as a fundamental support for the strategic hinterland.Its agriculture is characterized by remarkable green development,a high degree of scientific and technological support,and in-depth foreign exchanges.Implementing blockchain can boost agricultural development in the Chengdu-Chongqing region and improve the efficiency of agricultural product production and circulation.However,there are some realistic dilemmas in terms of technical thresholds,data standards,security requirements,and institutional rules.To address these issues,corresponding strategies for promoting the implementation of agricultural blockchain in the Chengdu-Chongqing region are proposed in this paper:First,strengthen the construction of facilities and training to enhance technical support.Second,establish unified data standards to improve data integration.Third,strengthen data encryption protection to enhance privacy and security.Fourth,improve the legal and institutional system to enhance legality and compliance.关键词
