Research Advances in Microbial Transcription Factor Engineering
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of synthetic biology,microbial cell factories have emerged as a pivotal platform for green biomanufacturing.Transcription factor engineering,a technology that utilizes transcription factors to regulate gene expression,enables simultaneous modulation of multiple genes within metabolic path-ways.This approach plays a crucial role in microbial metabolic engineering and synthetic biology research.This review introduces the fundamental concepts and regulatory mechanisms of transcription factors,summarizes recent advances in microbial transcription factor studies and their engineering applications,and discusses current challenges and future directions in this field.关键词
