Pricing Models of Two-echelon Supply Chain under Inverse Proportional Function of Carbon-mitigation Cost

Abstract
When facing carbon reduction and pricing decision,carbon reduction and pricing decision strategies were analyzed under an inverse proportional function of carbon-mitiga-tion cost.A Stackelberg game involving a manufacturer and a retailer was played,and the inverse order method was applied to analyze the model.During the handling process,a particular cubic equation was obtained,and the unique solution was acquired according to the reasonable constraints.By analyzing the solution,it is shown that pricing strategies of the manufacturer and the retailer have positive correlations with the carbon reduction of a unit product,and the carbon reduction of a unit product has a negative correlation with the carbon-mitigation cost coefficient.Further,the promotion effect of the consumers'prefer-ence for the carbon reduction was revealed by a numerical illustration.关键词
