快递业感知隐私政策有效性对用户信任的作用机制
Mechanisms of Perceived Privacy Policy Effectiveness on User Trust in the Courier Industry

Abstract
Based on the privacy policies of nine typical express delivery enterprises in Chi-na,a mixed research method was used to explore the mechanism of perceived privacy poli-cy effectiveness on perceived user trust.The qualitative part extracted the key dimensions of perceived privacy policy effectiveness in the privacy policy text through textual analysis,and the quantitative part constructed a research model based on communicative privacy management theory and collected data for empirical testing.The results of the research show that perceived privacy policy effectiveness in the express delivery industry as per-ceived by users can be deconstructed into four dimensions:information protection meas-ures,security incident handling,information protection rights,and information handling knowledge.Perceived privacy control positively affects perceived user trust,and perceived privacy risk negatively affects perceived user trust,and perceived privacy policy effective-ness indirectly affects users'perceived trust by enhancing their perceived privacy control and reducing their perceived privacy risk.关键词
