小型水域水面垃圾清理船的设计与试制
Design and prototype development of small water surface trash cleaning boat
摘要
Abstract
In response to the high cost and low efficiency of small-scale water surface trash collection,a combination of col-lection and compression methods has been adopted to design a high-efficiency small water surface trash cleaning boat.The o-verall structural design of the device was completed using Solid Works software,and the kinematic simulation of the scissor-type compression device for efficient storage was carried out using ADAMS software.The control module of the device was also designed,based on which,a physical prototype was developed and tested.The test results show that the collection speed of the device is 0.1 m/s,and the amount of trash collected in the boat'after compression increased by 127%compared to that before compression.The device has a simple overall structure,low cost,and high storage efficiency,which can meet the needs of small water surface trash collection.关键词
