Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of chain one-stop emergency nursing mode in the treatment of multiple rib fractures combined with hemopneumothorax.Methods:A total of 120 patients with multiple rib fracture combined with hemopneummothorax admitted to Yingtan 184 Hospital of China Rongtong Healthcare Group from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional emergency nursing mode,and the observation group adopted the chain one-stop emergency nursing mode.The first aid efficiency,complication occurrence,rescue efficiency and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The condition evaluation time,basic life support rescue time,thoracic closed drainage time and effective treatment time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 16.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rescue effective rate and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were 96.67%and 93.33%,respectively,which were higher than 85.00%and 80.00%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The chain one-stop emergency nursing mode shows obvious advantages in the treatment of patients with multiple rib fractures combined with hemopneumothorax,which can effectively improve the emergency efficiency,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the success rate of rescue and patient satisfaction.关键词
