Abstract

Aiming at the shortcomings of low support strength,high labor intensity and others of single body pillars in the advanced section of the 14030 working face,a technical idea of using active support instead of passive support is proposed.Grouting anchor cables are used instead of single body pillars as the advanced support way.FLAC3D is adopted to simulate the advanced support effect of the original single body pillars and grouting anchor cables,and the surrounding rock deformation effect and the development of surrounding rock cracks are verified through on-site monitoring.The numerical simulation results show that the use of grouting anchor cables for advanced support reduces the deformation amount of the roof and floor of the roadway,the deformation amount of the two sides,and the plastic zone range.It shows significant effects in aspects such as controlling the deformation of the mining soft rock stoping roadway,effectively improving the structure and properties of the roadway surrounding rock and so on.
