一种基于FPGA的MMC子模块电容电压检测方法
A detection method for capacitor voltage of MMC sub-modules based on FPGA
摘要
Abstract
In order to realize the sub-module capacitor voltage balancing control and over-voltage protection for modular mul-tilevel converters(MMCs),the sub-module capacitor voltage must be detected in real time.As the number of sub-modules increases,the traditional sensor-based voltage detection systems suffer from the problems of large size,high cost,and com-plex control.An FPGA-based MMC sub-module capacitor voltage detection scheme is proposed,which samples the voltage of each sub-module independently,with high voltage detection accuracy and is easy to be extended to more sub-module MMCs;the use of differential amplification circuit for detecting the sub-module capacitor voltage greatly reduces the size of the sys-tem and lowers the cost.The structure of this scheme is universal and easy to be extended to other applications that need to detect a large number of voltage signals.Finally,the simulation and experiment verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the scheme.关键词
