摘要

Abstract

In order to reveal the influence of water sediment conditions on growth of Chlorella vulgaris,pure quartz sand was used to simulate water sediments,and the orthogonal experimental method was used to analyze effects of disturbance rate,solid-liquid ratio,and sediment particle size on the growth of Chlorella vulgaris.The results showed that:① the disturbance rate and solid-liquid ratio had significant effects on the biomass of Chlorella vulgaris at a level of 0.05,and the disturbance rate and par-ticle size had significant effects on the specific growth rate of Chlorella vulgaris at a level of 0.05.②The dominant conditions af-fecting the maximum biomass of Chlorella vulgaris were disturbance rate of 100 r/min,solid-liquid ratio of 250 g/L,particle size of 10~20 mesh.The dominant conditions affecting the minimum biomass of Chlorella vulgaris were disturbance rate of 50 r/min,solid-liquid ratio of 125 g/L,particle size of 30~40 mesh.Particle size and solid-liquid ratio may have a strong interaction effect on specific growth rate at a certain disturbance rate.③SEM showed that a strong disturbance rate could make the external morphology of Chlorella vulgaris elliptical,which would have an impact on the growth of biomass.Therefore,changing water sedi-ment conditions such as disturbance rate,solid-liquid ratio,and sediment size is suggested for macro-control of Chlorella vul-garis growth.
