Abstract
In response to the problem of insufficient accuracy in the evaluation of intelligent working face system and difficulty in ensuring operation efficiency,research is conducted on the reliability evaluation of intelligent working face system.By dividing the intelligent working face system into seven subsystems and using the analytic hierarchy process to construct an intelligent working face evaluation index system,and overcome the existing fuzziness of intelligent working face.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is combined with AHP to propose a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive reliability evaluation method suitable for intelligent coal mining working face.The particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted to optimize and determine the membership degree function parameters,improve the quality and effect of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,ensure the accuracy of evaluation results,so as to effectively improve production efficiency and economic benefits in the mining process.Taking the 18201 coal mining working face of Yaping Coal Mine as an example,the seven subsystems of this intelligent working face are evaluated.The evaluation results indicate that the system has relatively strong reliability,and the proposed method has relatively high accuracy in evaluating the intelligent working face system,which can effectively ensure operation efficiency.关键词
