Abstract
In view of the problem of unclear oxidation characteristics of coal bodies stored in the circular coal storage yard of Puchengchang Station of Shaanxi Shenwei Coal Pipeline Transportation Co.,Ltd.,a research method combining theoretical calculation and indoor experiment is used to study the oxidation characteristics of centrifugal coal and filter pressing coal with different rates of moisture content,as well as the attributes of spontaneous combustion characteristics of CO,CH4,C2H4,and C2H6 gases.The spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal are mastered,and coal spontaneous combustion prediction and forecast indicators are analyzed and obtained.The research results indicate that centrifugal coal and filter pressing coal have different spontaneous combustion periods due to their different particle sizes;The change amount of CO concentration can be used as an early stage forecast indicator for coal spontaneous combustion,while the occurrence points of C2H6 and C2H4 can be used as evaluation criteria for the occurrence of high temperature points;Using a calculation model for the shortest spontaneous combustion period of coal spontaneous combustion,the shortest spontaneous combustion period for the filter pressing coal sample experiment is calculated to be around 26 days,and for the centrifugal coal sample experiment,it is calculated to be around 29 days.关键词
