基于高校教师和企业双方博弈的科技成果转化研究
Commercialization of scientific and technological achievements based on game between university teachers and enterprises
摘要
Abstract
The scientific and technological achievements of university teachers play an indispensable role in serving the na-tional strategy of innovation-driven development.The efficiency of commercializing the scientific and technological achieve-ments is influenced by multiple entities,including the providers of the achievements(such as university teachers)and the re-cipients of the achievements(such as enterprises).However,different entities are affected by inappropriate factors during the process of commercializing scientific and technological achievements.Based on evolutionary game theory,this paper proposes hypotheses,constructs a model,and analyzes and solves the model.The study finds that in the process of commercializing scientific and technological achievements,the smaller the loss ratio of the commercializing for university teachers,the better,and the smaller the loss ratio of the commercializing for enterprises,the better.Based on the research findings,we put for-ward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.关键词
