Textual Study on Medical Anecdotes in Yangzhou Huafang Lu
摘要
Abstract
This paper focuses on the four medical anecdotes in the Qiaodong Lu of Volume 12 of the Yangzhou Huafang Lu.Through a detailed study on the composition of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,special medications,and the medical experiences of some doctors,we analyze the diagnosis and treatment ideas of doctors,as well as the doubts in the text and plot.ZHAO Hongyuan used Cuishi Bawei Shenqi Pill(八味肾气丸)combined with Xixin(Asari Radix et Rhizoma)to cure the arthroncus of knee caused by invasion of wind,cold,and dampness.WANG Yanchao used the edge of the broken palm-leaf fan as the channel ushering drug to treat wind diseases,suggesting that Pukuiye(Livistona Chinensis)may be effective for specific wind diseases.LI Jun and LI Bing should be the same person,and a medical case of treating exogenous disease from the pulse examination showed his diagnosis and treatment idea.YANG Tianchi might be a representative figure of the origin and inheritance of Xin'an medicine,with outstanding diagnostic and treatment skills in pediatric small-pox eruption diseases.关键词
