Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of anatomic proximal femoral locking plate(ALP)internal fixation and proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA)internal fixation in the treatment of patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur(IFF).Methods:A total of 102 patients with IFF admitted to Shanghe County People's Hospital from September 2021 to August 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with PFNA internal fixation,while the control group were treated with ALP internal fixation.Both groups were followed up to 3 months after surgery.The perioperative indexes,hip function,daily living activities,the quality of life and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss of the study group were less than that of the control group,and the first postoperative movement time from bed of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in surgical time between the two groups(P>0.05).Three months after surgery,the Harris Hip Scale score of all dimensions of the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,the Modified Barthel Index and the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 3.92%,which was lower than 17.65%in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with ALP internal fixation,PFNA internal fixation is more effective in the treatment of IFF patients,which can not only reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten first postoperative movement time from bed,improve hip joint function and daily living activities,but also reduce the risk of complications,and improve their quality of life.关键词
