Predictive Analysis of Quality Markers of Zhenzhu(Margarita)in Mongolian Medicine Based on Chemical Composition,Pharmacological Effect and Network Pharmacology
摘要
Abstract
As a traditional Mongolian medicinal,Zhenzhu(Margarita)has many pharmacological effects such as inhibiting the central nervous system,whitening and skin care,promoting wound healing,enhancing immunity,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,protecting the heart,anti-aging and so on.In this paper,porphyrin,copaol,leucine,glutamic acid,isoleucine,phenylalanine,lysine and other compounds were predicted by network pharmacological analysis.Referring to the concept of"component effectiveness"of quality markers of Chinese medicine,the consistency of their phar-macological effects with Zhenzhu was explored,and the above compounds were established as the quality markers of Zhenzhu.This paper also pro-vides new ideas and methods for the study of quality standards of Zhenzhu in the future.There are 54 references in total.关键词
