Abstract
Objective:To investigate and compare the clinical effects of unilateral double channel spinal endoscopy surgery and unilateral single channel spinal endoscopy surgery in the treatment of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS).Methods:A total of 94 LSS patients admitted to Yongzhou Central Hospital from March 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The study group was treated with unilateral double channel spinal endoscopy surgery,while the control group was treated with single channel spinal endoscopy surgery.The treatment effect,lumbar function,surgical indexes and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.74%,which was higher than 82.97%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 12 weeks after surgery,the all dimensions in the Lumbar Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The operation time of the study group was longer than that of the control group,the amount of intraoperative blood loss was lower than that of the control group,and the first time of getting out of bed after surgery and the length of hospitalization were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 12 weeks after surgery,the scores of all dimensions in the MOS Item Short Form Health Survey in both groups were higher than those before surgery,and the study group were higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with single channel spinal endoscopy,surgery unilateral double channel spinal endoscopy surgery can effectively improve the lumbar function and quality of life of CSS patients,and the surgical trauma is less,which is conducive to postoperative recovery of patients,and has a better clinical therapeutic effect.关键词
